Lead Benefits Strategy for a Mission-Driven Healthcare Organization

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to oversee employee benefits, retirement plans, leave administration, workers' compensation, and wellness programs. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who combines compliance expertise with a passion for delivering a best-in-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave of absence programs
• Lead and develop Benefits and Leave Administration team members
• Oversee benefits enrollment, audits, reporting, and vendor management
• Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and return-to-work programs
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and related regulations
• Partner with Payroll, HR, and business leaders to optimize benefits processes and employee communications
• Lead annual Open Enrollment planning and implementation
• Evaluate and recommend benefit plan enhancements to support organizational goals

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years of employee benefits administration experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree
• CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) or related certification
• Healthcare industry experience

Compensation range: $72,770 - $129,819 annually
