PBGC Updates e-Filing Portal
The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) announced its new and improved e-Filing Portal is now available. Key changes include:
- a new, more secure, login process
- a streamlined look and feel across all applications, including 4010 and reportable event filings, certain multiemployer plan filings, and SFA applications.
