Each of the eight e-learning courses that make up the Certificate in Health Plan Navigation may qualify for CEBS continuing education credit (CE).
Additionally, courses may be approved for HRCI, SHRM or insurance continuing education credit. Additional credits may be available for other various designations.

1 How do I earn my certificate?
You must successfully complete the eight required
courses. Beginning with the date of purchase, you will have 180 days to
complete all required courses.
2 How do I complete a course?
First, you must review all of the lessons in the course.
You will not be able to take the exam until this requirement is
satisfied. When you are ready, you have two attempts to pass the final
exam. Final exams have 25 questions. They are closed-book exams and you
must earn a grade of 70% or higher to pass. If you requested insurance
continuing education credit, make sure you know the testing requirements
set by your state of licensure before you start the exam.
3 How long will it take me to complete the certificate?
Courses range in length and you can complete them at
your own pace. Each course will take between 1-3 hours to complete.
Expect to spend at least eight uninterrupted hours completing this
certificate.
4 When will I receive my certificate when I finish?
When you complete the required courses, you will
receive a certificate via email within 24 hours. The certificate will be
emailed to the address on file in your International Foundation
profile.
5 How do I receive the member pricing?
