We are excited to offer a new opportunity at the 72nd Annual Employee Benefits Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana, October 25-28, 2026. The Solutions Spotlight gives you 20 minutes to present your product or service solution to the highly engaged audience that attends the Annual Conference, followed by a ten-minute Q&A. Hosted in a designated area within the exhibit hall, this add-on feature for confirmed exhibitors and sponsors is designed to jazz up your interactions with attendees, spark meaningful conversations and shine the spotlight on your brand as a trusted resource.
Solutions Spotlights Overview
Solutions Spotlights are exclusive, limited opportunities that are available on a first-come, first-approved basis. Sessions are scheduled so they do not conflict with the main educational program and are completely optional for attendees.

- Your session promoted in International Foundation emails sent to conference attendees
- Your session showcased on our website, conference app and conference guide so attendees can plan to work the session into their conference day

- Option for you to use purchased lead retrieval to scan badges of your spotlight attendees.
Submit Your Proposal to Get Started
Submit the topic your organization plans on presenting, the session description and your planned speakers. All submissions will be reviewed by our team. The International Foundation will contact you about your proposal and if approved will assign a presentation date and time. Solutions Spotlight sessions are limited opportunities available to confirmed exhibitors or sponsors of the Annual Employee Benefits Conference.
