Sightseeing Tours

The Middle Tennessee Chapter of ISCEBS welcomes all Symposium attendees and guests to Music City USA. Below are several optional sightseeing tours available to attendees on Saturday, September 14th and Sunday, September 15th.

Homes of the Stars Tour

Saturday, September 14th

See the homes of Nashville's biggest stars on this narrated, 2-hour sightseeing bus tour. See the homes (both past and present) of superstar names like Taylor Swift, Dierks Bentley, Reese Witherspoon, Martina McBride and many more.

Ticket includes a 2-hour tour for $65 per person. Meeting Point is 108 1st Ave S, 108 1st Ave S, Nashville, TN at 2:30 pm. Be there at least 15 minutes early.

Jack Daniel Origins

Saturday, September 14th

Learn How Jack Got Into Whiskey Distilling, See the Farm Where It All Began, Learn About His Surprising Mentor, Enjoy Premium Whiskey Tastings, and Visit the World's Longest Bar!

Your whiskey adventure includes a tour of Jack Daniel's Distillery and an Angel's Share tasting. This tasting features 5 of Jack's most premium whiskies.

Following the distillery tour, you will enjoy some free time to explore the historic town of Lynchburg, TN. Here you will find several shops, eateries and even a small winery. For those interested, we will lead a walk over to Jack Daniel's gravesite at the nearby cemetery.>

We will make a stop at the World's Longest Bar certified by Guinness World Records at 518 feet (157.89 meters) long!! Here you will have the opportunity to not just take photos and selfies but to also belly up to the bar and order whatever you like*. They offer an array of fine foods, spirits, and cocktails. Guests are responsible for their own food tabs.

Caves & Moonshiners Experience

Saturday, September 14th

Explore Tennessee's Largest Show Cave - See An Underground Waterfall - Visit an Authentic Tennessee Moonshine Distillery and Learn About the Area's Bootlegging History!

Stop #1: Cumberland Caverns - Largest Show Cave in Tennessee! On this adventure, you will hike 1.5mi / 2.4km, underground, see the “Never Ending” underground waterfall, cross the Hall of The Mountain King via 350 hand-cut stone steps, indulge in a one-of-a-kind light show, and traverse through an underground slot canyon while learning about it's history and the geologic processes that created it.

Stop #2: Short Mountain Distillery / Rye & Revelry

During your visit to Short Mountain Distillery, you will learn about the rich history of this authentic Tennessee cultural experience and enjoy a robust sampling of their distilled products. You will also enjoy a freshly prepared meal at the onsite restaurant, Rye & Revelry.

Cost is $229/person and tour length is 8 hours.

Best of Nashville City Tour

Sunday, September 15th

Get oriented with Nashville on this quick "New Nashville" tour, which was designed to show off the best of the city for those short on time or who only want an introduction before exploring more on their own. Traveling by open-top double-decker bus, you'll pass by more than 100 landmarks and attractions, such as Ryman Auditorium and Vanderbilt University.

Ticket includes a 2-hour tour for $39.95 per person. Meeting Point is 108 1st Ave S, Nashville, TN, at 9:00 am. Be there at least 15 minutes early.
