Location Details

San Juan, Puerto Rico's capital and largest city, sits on the island's Atlantic coast. Its widest beachfront is the Isla Verde resort strip, one of the most popular tourist destinations on the island. Old San Juan features colorful Spanish colonial buildings and 16th-century landmarks. The New San Juan is the metropolis of the Caribbean, offering tropical beaches, luxury hotels, world-class dining and shopping. The busiest cruise port in the Caribbean gives cruisers raving attractions and glowing cultural experiences as they simply walk through the piers. United States citizens and permanent residents don't need a passport to travel to Puerto Rico.
