Established, Midwestern based law firm seeks an experienced traditional labor and employee benefits attorney who wants an ownership stake, not just another associate seat. Looking to partner with an attorney that can manage his/her own clients and caseload with real autonomy, develop client relationships and help shape the firm's growth and direction. We're looking for a self-starter with substantial labor and/or ERISA experience, excellent writing and client-communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
