Funding generally comes from contributing employers in industries subject to collective bargaining agreements with the IATSE or IATSE-affiliated local unions. The Funds are governed by Boards of Trustees with equal representation from the IATSE (labor) and employers (management), reflecting a shared commitment to responsibly serving participants and their families.
