What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to expert for benefit plan compliance, retirement plan management, and ACA reporting.
  • Partner with HR, leadership, and vendors to improve processes and deliver seamless benefit experiences.
  • Provide data-driven insights that shape decisions for benefit and wellness program engagement.
  • Lead audits, manage reporting (Forms 5500, nondiscrimination testing), and ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
  • Support exciting projects like Open Enrollment, new vendor implementations, and HRIS integrations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–9 years of experience in Health & Welfare and 401(k) plans.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
  • A detail-oriented communicator with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL regulations, and Workday experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: $80,000 – $110,000
  • Plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, wellness, and retirement programs.
