Pension and Welfare Fund Administrator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fund Administrator to join our team. As a TPA Fund Administrator, you will work along side with the President and Controller of the firm. Supervise and monitor the performance of the Pension and Welfare Department. This is an in-office position with 1 remote day.
Responsibilities:
- Determine transfer of assets to fund monthly benefits which includes preparing monthly timeline, review and breakdown of allocations.
- Accountable for attending meetings, take minutes and gathering materials for Board Book including setting up zoom presentations for remote meeting as well as in office meetings.
- Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA's) - Accountable for tracking, updates and correspondence with clients. Liaison with Business Representatives for questions regarding terms and interpretation of language.
- Coordinate with plan professionals on various subject matter.
- Responsible for on-boarding of all new shops and corresponding with employer's human resource team.
- Collaborate with various internal department in regards to quarterly newsletter.
- Transition projects and other events.
Note: We offer medical benefits, PTO, Sick Time and Defined Benefit Pensions.
Salary Range - $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
CEBS designation is required.
