The
Departments of Labor (DOL), Health and Human Services (HHS), and the
Treasury (collectively, the Departments) released Affordable Care Act
(ACA) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Part 61 discussing implementation of certain provisions of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) related to transparency in coverage.
FAQ
Part 61 clarifies whether the Departments still intend to consider
though separate notice and comment rule making whether the prescription
drug machine-readible file requirements remain appropriate. The FAQs
also discuss the "enforcement safe harbor" as described in FAQs Part 53.
