Continuing Education Credit

Continuing education (CE) credit for professions and designations MAY be available for attendance at live sessions. You must request CE credit on your program registration at least 60 days prior to the beginning of the program so that the Foundation can seek preapproval from the governing agency. Ron Krupa is a director of health and benefits consulting with WTW, a leading global benefits consulting firm. Krupa has more than 30 years of experience across many aspects of employee benefits and human resources, including employee engagement and communications, benefits administration and outsourcing, learning and development, third-party administration, global benefits and ACA reporting. He has worked with large and complex clients across the country. Additionally, Krupa has written several articles for benefits publications and has been a featured speaker on webcasts and at benefits conferences. Krupa holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Ithaca College and a master’s degree in secondary education from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS®) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, is CEBS compliant and serves on the CEBS committee. He was the 2015 President of the ISCEBS Governing Council and continues to be active with both organizations. In addition, Krupa has a Florida Life and Health license, an ISCEBS Fellowship and a Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) certification from HRCI.
