This session will review the latest and greatest research and data on return-on-investment (ROI) and value-on-investment (VOI) of workplace wellbeing benefits against the backdrop of comprehensive, integrated workplace health and productivity strategies. After attending this session, participants will be able to:

  • Define return-on-investment (ROI) and value-on-investment (VOI) as they pertain to workplace wellbeing benefits.
  • Describe the current research outcomes on workplace wellbeing benefits from an ROI and VOI perspective
  • Understanding the ROI and VOI of wellbeing in comparison to integrated workplace health and productivity strategies
