Titanium

Titanium sponsorships include three complimentary registrations.

KEYNOTE SPONSOR—$10,000 Exclusive
Select one of three exclusive keynote sessions presented each morning of the conference during the general sessions. You will have the opportunity to introduce the speaker. (Sponsor does not select the keynote speaker). Sponsor the opening keynote for visibility at the first day of the conference, or select the keynote or topic most aligned with your organization's mission and vision.  Your organization will be identified in the Program Guide, on the conference website and mobile app as well as on signage at the session. This package includes an exhibit booth and additional bonus rewards.

Platinum

Platinum sponsorships include two complimentary registrations.

ACTIVITY SESSIONS—$7,500 Exclusive
Sponsor the daily activity and fitness sessions each morning and evening of the core conference. These popular sessions will include yoga, Pilates, HIIT and more!

EDUCATIONAL TRACK SPONSOR—$7,500 Exclusive
Breakout sessions are offered in several different educational tracks. This sponsorship will include all sessions within the sponsored track. Select a track that is most important and relevant to your organization. You will have the opportunity to introduce all sponsored sessions. Your organization will be identified in the Program Guide, on the conference website and mobile app as well as on signage at the sponsored sessions. Tracks include Behavior Change Strategies, Culture and Environment, Management Strategies and more.

Gold

Gold sponsorships include two complimentary registrations.

LANYARDS—$5,000 Exclusive
Your company name and logo won’t be missed when printed on the lanyard handed to each attendee at check-in.

MOBILE APP—$5,000 Exclusive
Your logo and/or ad will be viewed over and over again when attendees reference the conference app before, during and after the conference. Attendees can save their schedules, view the exhibitor and sponsor listings, access speaker handouts and more.

WELCOME RECEPTION—$5,000
A welcome reception for all conference attendees will be held on Wednesday evening. This social event kicks off the conference with plenty of opportunity for connecting with friends and colleagues. As the sponsor, you will have the opportunity to provide giveaways at the event. You will also be identified as the sponsor on the conference website, mobile app and on signage at the reception.

Silver

Silver sponsorships include one complimentary registration.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST—$3,500
Select one of three continental breakfasts offered each day to all attendees! As the sponsor, your name will be printed on the breakfast tickets given to attendees when they check in at the registration desk.
