The 2027 HBCE Call for Proposals is now open!
The official call of proposals is now open for the 36th Annual Health Benefits Conference & Expo (HBCE), taking place February 2-3, 2027 in Ponte Verda Beach, Florida. If you have a case study or presentation to share, we want to hear from you! Submissions are due June 30, 2026.
The agenda for HBCE is composed of three different types of sessions:
- Topic sessions—see the list below for topics our attendees are most interested in.
- Case studies—present your successful case study with an employer or client
- Sponsored sessions—provide the speaker and content for a Platinum-level sponsored session with logo recognition.
